Welcome to AES’ Open House

• What? Open House
• Where? Start in Cafeteria, then visit your teacher(s)
• When? Thursday, August 11, 2011
• Time? 8:30 until 11:30

Don’t miss this opportunity to get your child prepared for the upcoming 2011 – 2012 school year. Because Open House can be a little overwhelming, we have designed this checklist of things to help you navigate through Open House.

Open House Checklist

1. PTA Membership: Visit the PTA table and join PTA. We strive for 100% every year!
2. AES Foundation: Come by the Foundation table to fill out your membership form and find out about our plans for the coming year… including our upcoming GolfTournament!
3. Lunch Card: Stop by and pre-pay lunches with Ms. Vickye. Each child receives a lunch card that is kept in their classroom. You’ll be notified when the balance is getting low.
4. Spirit Wear: Check out the AES Spirit Wear table and get your AES T-shirt, car magnet, tote bags, and more! Check our Calendar for Spirit Days – a chance to show off your new AES shirt!
5. Yearbook: Order you 2011-2012 Yearbook. Download a Yearbook Order Form.
6. Volunteer: Stop at the various tables setup to give your information on new programs and committees. Sign up to be on one of our committees that is actively recruiting volunteers.
7. Visit your Teacher: We love our teachers!
8. Get your Bus Information: Visit the Blue Computer Lab to find out your bus route and times for pick-up and drop-off.
