Soft Fundraising

What is Soft Fundraising?

Soft Fundraising are programs designed to earn money for our school while you are making everyday purchases.  There is no selling door to door, hitting up friends and relatives for sponsorship.  It is our job to make you AWARE of all the programs that are available, so when you are running errands, you make a conscience shopping decision to support Alpharetta Elementary.  It’s that simple!!

Below is a list of Soft Fundraising Programs at AES:

Checklist for Success – Can you say “Yes, we Support AES!” in the following ways?

Amazon School Rewards Program Start your Amazon.com shopping from the Amazon search engine on the PTA website sidebar, and AES earns up to 7% of your purchase. www.AlpharettaElementaryPTA.org.  The more you spend, the more we earn!

Georgia Natural Gas – True Blue Schools For each Georgia Natural Gas (GNG) customer who enrolls in the TrueBlue Schools Program at www.truebluechools.com, GNG will contribute $5 per month for each month that the customer receives natural gas service from GNG. Additionally, for each new GNG customer who enrolls in the Program, GNG will contribute a one-time $40 payment upon initial enrollment in the Program.

Clip Labels – Earn free CA$H and Merchandise for AES!

  • Tyson Project A+: Clip and send in Tyson label valued at 25 cents each.
  • Campbells Labels for Education: Clip Cambell’s labels and our school earns points toward merchandise.
  • Box Tops for Education
  1. Register at www.boxtopsforeducation.com, get coupons, enter sweepstakes, find local Bonus Box Top items.
  2. Clip and send your Box Tops into your teacher.
  3. Start your online shopping at Box Tops Marketplace.
  4. Start your Barnes & Noble shopping from the Box Top Reading Room and our school earns a percentage of your purchase.

Shop with Scrip  - “Scrip is fundraising while you shop® Purchase scrip cards at face value from AES PTA.  The program allows AES families to purchase scrip for either gifts or for everyday expenses like food, clothing, and entertainment while earning a percentage of each dollar of scrip purchased back in revenue. Scrip is “no-selling” fundraising. Purchase cards where you commonly shop and reload your card online!!  AES earns a percentage of the card at no expense to you!  Hundreds of store cards available:  AMC Theaters, Barnes & Noble, Kohl’s, Wal-Mart, Starbucks, ToysRUs, Claire’s, Lowe’s, and many more...

Artome Custom Framing during a “Framing Day” onsite at AES. Stay tuned for details!  Framing event normally occurs late November/early December.  Artome says “We Frame Anything!”.  The frames are custom, high quality, and cost effective.  www.Artome.com.

Publix key card.  Publix credits our school’s account with every dollar our participants spend. At the end of each quarter, Publix will award our school with $250.00 for efery $37,500 spent.

Target – Take Charge of Education

  • Visit www.target.com/tcoe or call 1-800-316-6142 to designate AES with the code 43309
  • Use your REDcard (Target® Visa®, Target Credit Card or Target Check Card)
  • Target will donate an amount equal to 1% of Target Visa and Target Guest Card purchases made at Target and Target.com.  Or 1/2% of Target Visa purchases made elsewhere will be donated to AES.
