About the AES Mini Grant Program

The AES Mini-Grant program is designed to allocate PTA fundraising dollars in the most efficient method and supply each and every child with additional opportunities and supplies to succeed. Time, effort and research go into making sure that our fundraising dollars are put to the best possible use.

Teachers and school administrators work together to supply the PTA with requests that coincide with the current needs of the school and will benefit all students. This can translate into large endowments for technology, equipment and programs on a school-wide scale. With any additional funds, the teachers of each grade level then work together to design unique requests for products or programs that will further enhance the curriculum standards of that particular grade level.

Mini-grants are typically awarded in late fall (November-December) which allows students to benefit immediately in the current school year from your efforts in supporting the PTAs fundraisers.
